
So last week when I got home from Buffalo for winter break I cooked up some
Shakshuka for the family. My mom had never had the dish before, and since it is a
QCC favorite I figured I had to make it for everyone at home. The entire family enjoyed, except I did neglect to add the
jalapeno pepper, and so pepper wasn't added until the very end. Regardless, it was a delicious meal. Also, I used my new deep saute pan with lid--this pan is going to take my cooking and
QCC to an entire new level. Watch out!
