I prepared a salmon fillet and a mozzarella, tomato, basil salad for dinner tonight. I used the last of the basil from my basil plant that I have been trying to grow in the apartment, unless of course I can save the plant and it starts to grow again. This meal was delicious. I heart salmon...and mozzarella tomato basil :)
